Step 1: Receive Your Download Link

After finalizing and approving your images, we’ll send you an email with a link to download your images. Look for an email with the subject line:
"Files Ready for Download - [Date and Time]"

Click the DOWNLOAD FILES button in the email to start.

Step 2: Open the Download Page

Clicking the download link will open a new browser window. On this page, find the folder containing your images in a ZIP file format (see highlighted zip file). Click on the folder name to begin the download.

Step 3: Download and Extract Your Images

Once downloaded, the ZIP file will be saved in your "Downloads" folder. Use any ZIP extraction tool to open and access your images.

If you don’t have a ZIP extractor, you can download one for free, like 7Zip.
