Means all photographic material furnished by Photographer.

Copyright
Except as otherwise specifically provided herein, all photographs and rights therein, including copyright, remain the sole and exclusive property of Photographer. Photographer retains rights to use the photos for self-promotion. Any additional use requires the prior written agreement and Photographer on terms to be negotiated. Unless otherwise provided any grants of rights is limited to three (3) years from the date hereof for the territory of the United States. The client may not assign or transfer this license, this agreement or any rights granted hereunder. No third party usage without written permission from the Photographer.

Cancellations and Postponements
A client is responsible for payment of all expenses incurred up to the time of cancellation or postponement. Non-weather related Cancellation or Postponement less than two days prior to scheduled date client will be billed 25% of Creative Fee plus all expenses incurred. In the case of Weather days and Wait days while on location client will be billed 25% of Creative Fees Plus all expenses.

Client Expectations

• Client assumes insurer's liability to indemnify Photographer for loss, damages, or misuse of any photograph(s), and Client assumes full liability for its principles and assigns, for any loss, damage, or misuse of the photographs.
• Client will indemnify and defend Photographers against all claims, liability, damages, cost, and expenses, including reasonable legal fees and expenses, arising out of any use of any photographs, or any photographs which are altered by Client.
• Client guarantees that the products and or location are photo ready.
• Client must provide all permits and notify all security.
• Client is responsible for the presence of an authorized representative at the shoot to approve the Photographer's interpretation of the assignment. If a Client representative is not present, the Photographer's interpretation shall be deemed acceptable.
• Client agrees to provide sample of any usage to the studio.

Turnaround Time

• Normal turnaround time, not including retouching, is five business days. There will be an additional charge for rush service.
• Retouching and retouching turnaround time is a separate estimate and invoice except as otherwise specifically provided herein. There will be an additional charge for rush service. 

Payment
Time is of the essence for receipt of payment. No rights are granted until timely payment is made.

Release Terms
I hereby give permission to Alma Dautovic (photographer) to use my photos and likeness in all forms and media for advertising, portfolio, demo, trade, stock photography, editorial, altering without restrictions, and all other lawful purposes. I understand I am entitled to no compensation. I release the photographer of all forms of claims and liability related to my photo usage. I am over 18 years of age, and I fully understand the terms of this release.
